Armor are wearable items in BedWars. While wearing armor, players will take less damage. There are 7 variants: Leather, Iron, Diamond, Emerald, Juggernaut, Warrior and Void. All armor except the Juggernaut and void armor can be bought from the Item Shop, but the warrior armor is exclusive to the Warrior kit and the Juggernaut armor is obtained from a Juggernaut airdrop, exclusive to the Juggernaut TDM. The void armor is not bought with Iron or Emeralds but instead are bought with Void Crystals from the VoidLands map or dropped from Lucky Blocks, Lucky Block Airdrops, or Huge Lucky Blocks. Several armors give the player exclusive effects when equipped.
Obtaining[]

Usage[]
Wearing[]
Upon purchasing a suit of armor it will automatically replace the armor the player is currently wearing. When players die while wearing armor, they will respawn with the last armor they bought. To manually put on armor players must open their inventory and click on the armor piece. The protection an armor piece provides can be increased through the "Armor Protection" team upgrade, which can be purchased from the Team Upgrades NPC.

- If the player takes off its armor then purchase new armor, the game makes the player wear the new armor but the old armor is still in its inventory.
- This allows the player to mix and match armor or put armor in its hotbar.
- When held, armor is consisted of colored blocks.

- In order to get emerald armor from nothing, the player needs 170 Iron
and 48 Emeralds
.
- Armor replaces any existing headgear and back accessories from the avatar shop.
- If a player purchases 2 sets of armor one after another, in a short time frame, the old armor will still be equipped.
- This has been fixed.
- The Juggernaut armor's technical name was
void_armor
before the June 10, 2022 update.- However, with the addition of void armor, it was renamed to
juggernaut_armor
.
- However, with the addition of void armor, it was renamed to
- Jump boots and speed boots are the only armor pieces with boosted movements and could only be obtained legitimately by lucky blocks.

- Iron Armor is the former most expensive item shop item that cost the player iron.
- Upon warrior's release, players were able to downgrade player's armor upon death.
- This is later to be found as a bug and was patched a year later.
- Buying void armor allows the player to directly buy emerald armor afterward, regardless of what armor they had before.
- The void armor is the only armor that has a special ability.
- If the player is using Whim, the crystals on the Void, Emerald and warrior armor changes color to match the player's current element.
- If a player is using the Warrior Kit, in the forge it will still appear as Diamond Armor, not warrior armor.
- Armor used to make players take more fall damage.
- This was mainly due to the armor weight, but has been changed.

- Purchasing the warrior armor without forging permanently removes your access to the item shop.
- Purchasing the Warrior Chestplate item gives you the entirety of the armor set, the same is true for all other armor sets except for the Juggernaut Armor, due to a bug, this bug only effects armor that usually isn't in the shop/wasn't programmed to be in the shop (Example: Barbarian Helmet). This bug can be fixed using a script in a custom match that gives you the armor when the game sends the "Purchased Item" event, although, it'll still remove all equipped armor upon purchase, except for what's given.
