August 30, 2024, also known as the Infection V4 update, is an update in BedWars that reintroduced the Infection gamemode, and rebalanced multiple kits.

Modifications[]
- Removed Bridge Battle 1v1.
- Buffed and nerfed various kits and their special items, and made multiple kits able to damage entities via their special abilities and items.
Ares' spears now have 35% armor penetration.- Increased spear stack size from 8 to 10
Spears can now damage non-player entities.- Decreased the initial growth time of Farmer Cletus' carrot seeds from 2 minutes and 45 seconds to 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Decreased the initial growth time of Farmer Cletus' melon seeds from 3 minutes to 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Xu'rot's dragon form breath can now damage non-player entities.
- Pyro's flamethrower can now damage non-player entities.
- Decreased the cooldown of Nazar's Consume Life Force ability from 6 seconds to 3 seconds.
- Capped the maximum healing of Consume Life Force at 40 life force or 32 health per use.
- Kaida's summon can no longer get multiple summon progress from hitting many enemies
- Reduced the damage of Kaida's summoner claws if the hit enemy is not in Kaida’s line of sight.
- Dying will reduce the Summon level progress by 1 Summon hit, but will not downgrade the Summon.
- Gloops now cause Sigrid to dismount her elk.
