30v30 is a gamemode in BedWars.The generators are much faster, with diamond generators generating every 20 seconds and emerald generators generating every 30 seconds. When winning a round, the player is awarded 100 XP in the Battle Pass, just like in Duels.

Objective

The objective of 30v30 is to completely eliminate the opposing team. 30v30 has two teams of 30: Orange and Blue. A team's bed acts as their respawn point; if it is broken, that team's players will not respawn upon death and will be eliminated. After 20 minutes into a game all beds will be automatically destroyed; this is called "Sudden Death", and its purpose is to prevent games from taking too long.

Joining

Players can join the queue for 30v30 by interacting with the Elf NPC. Players can be in a party of up to four players, whose members will be put on the leader's team along with other random players.

Base Protection

Standing in your bases team generator will give you 50% damage reduction and knockback resistance.

Spawn Protection

Standing near spawn point will give you 80% explosion damage resistance.

Bed Shield

Every 30v30 match both of the teams beds will have a 1 minute and 30 second bed shield.

However, due to the S9 update on November 17, 2023, all bed shields have been replaced by bed plating. The bed shield now kicks in for 20s if the plating is destroyed.

Trivia

• This 16v16, 5v5 and Duels have the highest chance of winning since there are only two teams.
• Players cannot pick all of their teammates, since the max party size is (currently) only 16.
• It is called Game Mega instead of Game.
• After the Battle Pass XP Gain update this gamemode is no longer that efficient in gaining XP. It lasts longer but since XP is gained by performance you will earn less XP even after a 20 minute game.
• Although it is technically limited time, it hasn’t been removed in months and it will likely stay.

• This mode was originally going to be 20v20, however, it was scalped but the developers forgot to change the gamemode's ID.
• Skull Island has gold generators exclusive to that map.
