The heal buff could've been purchased for 8 Diamonds
from the Traveling Merchant, though the player will not actually receive a physical item.
Fortune[]
The heal buff can be obtained from the Fortune enchant.
Usage[]
Team Buff[]
Upon purchasing, the player's allies will be given the Traveling Merchant's Vitality effect which will make the player restore 2 HP every second. The effect lasts indefinitely.
