July 21, 2023, also known as the volcanic update, is a minor update in BedWars that added the All Same Kit gamemode, volcanic forge, and other minor changes.

Increased tactical crossbow damage from 45 HP to 50 HP.- Increased tactical headhunter damage from 65 HP to 70 HP.
Decreased satellite dish shop price increase multiplier from 24% to 12%.
Decreased satellite dish shop price increase multiplier in 30v30 from 12% to 6%.- Satellite dishes are now breakable.
- Satellite dish shop price increase multiplier now increases up to 300% based on its distance to the enemy base.
- Zenith is now highlighted to the team it is disrupting.
- Increased scythe charged attack damage multiplier from 80% to 100%.
- Increased scythe spin invulnerability duration from 0.45 seconds to 0.7 seconds.
- Increased the chance for resources from the metal detector to spawn in the middle.
- Removed the Hyper Gen gamemode.
