May 26, 2023, also known as the 2nd Anniversary update, is a major update in BedWars that commemorated the 2nd anniversary of BedWars, re-added balloons, added new Pirate themed content, enabled Triple XP Weekend, and much more.

Modifications[]

Re-added balloons.
Players can now only hold 3 balloons at a time.
Re-added treasure chests as a physical item.
Nerfed the grapple hook
- Increased the cost from 4 Emeralds to 7 Emeralds
- Grapple hooks can no longer be used while under the Grounded effect.
Buffed and nerfed multiple kits and items.
- Increased the price of the light sword from 2 Emeralds to 4 Emeralds.
- Increased light sword projectile lifetime from 0.45 seconds to 2 seconds.
- Increased light sword regular projectile damage from 6 to 16.
- Increased light sword charged projectile damage from 17 to 24.
- Decreased Vanessa triple shot horizontal knockback multiplier from 1 to 0.45.
- Decreased Vanessa triple shot vertical knockback multiplier from 1 to 0.45.
- Beehive grenades now have a stack size limit of 5.
- Beehive grenades can no longer be dropped.
- Decreased Whisper owl projectile damage from 15 to 10.
- Increased Whisper heal cooldown from 4 seconds to 8 seconds.
- Decreased Caitlyn's decay armor penetration given from contracts.
Removed the stun grenade launcher and stun grenades, hot potato, smoke grenade, and oil blobs from the lucky block lootpool.
Added the The Headhunter and egg launcher to the lucky block lootpool.
Removed snowballs from the shop.

Bug fixes[]

Fixed a bug that caused the light sword's aim to be off-centered.
Fixed a bug that caused teleporting with the teleport hat to trigger anti-cheat.
Fixed the //rotate command not snapping to the block grid
