October 20, 2023, also known as the Halloween Event week 2 update, is a major update in BedWars that added Halloween lucky blocks, added the Hexed Yuzi kit skin, overhauled the lucky block lootpool, and more.

- Overhauled the lucky block lootpool.
- Removed several items from rotation.
- Added the spectrum bow, floral bow, impulse gun, chickens, spirit bridge, beehive grenade, gumdrop bounce pad, and siege TNT to the lucky block lootpool.
- Removed flying lucky blocks and rainbow lucky blocks.
- Increased cosmic lucky block spawn rate.
- Buffed several kits and items.
Builder now starts the game with 8 stone brick blocks.- Decreased teleport hat travel time from 2 seconds to 1 second.
- Decreased teleport hat wait time to teleport from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.
Increased chicken base health from 60 HP to 80 HP.- Increased the chance of getting frost crystals from the frosty hammer from 80% to 90%.
- The flamethrower's upgraded ranged attack now ignites blocks on fire.
- Decreased great hammer charged attack knockback.
