The Void is a dimension added in the June 10, 2022 update. It can only be accessed through the void portals that spawn on each team's island 6 minutes into the match. The portals close 9 minutes into the match. It can also be spawned through the /void command in custom matches. On the January 12, 2024 update, the void became a full map called 'Voidlands', with Void Scorpions and Void Crystals returning, as well as void crates.

Arriving[]

Teleporting[]

6 minutes into the match, a portal will appear at each team's base. This portal allows players to access The Void by spending 30 Iron. Any blocks placed by players will disappear after a short time. The Void is kept open for 3 minutes before closing

Exiting[]

The Void has 5 portals spread around the map to take the player back to their base. If the player stays once The Void closes, they will automatically be teleported back to their base.

Trivia[]

This is the first map extension ever added.
Using Nyx's midnight ability will further darken the screen, making it near impossible to see.
Lucky blocks can spawn if the portal is accessed through the gamemode.
Using /void in a custom match before 6 minutes will result in taking 20 damage every second while in the void.
A void portal can be spawned using /spawn void_portal.
The technical names for the blocks in the void are galactite, galactite_bricks, and kobblak.
If you use a Pop Up Tower or a Large Pop Up Box spawns, it won't despawn.
In some duels maps, the void portal wouldn't spawn but would still announce the void opening and closing.
The portal looks a lot like a rift from Fortnite.
There was a added map called The VoidLands which had a lot of aspects of the void on the map.
