Obtaining[]

Air Drop[]

At 9:00 into the match, if the Vending Machine Map Mechanic is enabled, the server will announce:

After the announcement, a vending machine will slowly drop at the center of the map. It will only spawn once.

Trivia[]

  • The vending machine is one of the largest-spawned items, just behind the popup box after being thrown.
    • However, it is the largest singular block in the game, with a 2x2x4 hitbox. The Huge Lucky Block is the second-largest, at only half its size with a 2x2x2 hitbox.
      • The core is way larger than the vending machine. However, it cannot be spawned in and technically isn't a block either.
  • A lucky airdrop block can be seen floating above the vending machine which serves no purpose.
  • A "Dodo Co." trademark can be seen below the "vending machine" text on the sign at the top.
  • This is the third item to be dropped from above the map, the first one being Lucky Block Airdrop and the second being Juggernaut Crate.
  • Likely, the vending machine is heavily inspired by Fortnite's vending machines, due to them having similar functions.
  • On its initial release, the vending machine was accidentally left breakable. This was fixed shortly after it was found,
  • Vending machines can suffocate players if they stand under the vending machine before it lands.
  • There was a bug that there would be a Vending Machine Airdrop right after the game starts.
    • This also caused 2 vending machines to be in 1 match, as the vending machine still spawned 9 minutes into the game.
  • It is possible to bypass the maximum placement amounts by placing the affected block under a vending machine before it lands.
